Reihan Salam is the president of the Manhattan Institute, a research and advocacy organization focused on promoting opportunity, individual liberty, and the rule of law. Prior to joining the Manhattan Institute in 2019, he was the executive editor of National Review and worked at the New York Times and NBC News. He is the author of Melting Pot or Civil War? and co-author of Grand New Party.
