Ilya Shapiro

Ilya Shapiro is a senior fellow and director of constitutional studies at the Manhattan Institute. A constitutional litigator and author, he previously served as executive director of the Cato Institute's Robert A. Levy Center for Constitutional Studies and editor-in-chief of the Cato Supreme Court Review. He is the author of Supreme Disorder: Judicial Nominations and the Politics of America's Highest Court.
