Madeline Hart

Defense Lead, Palantir Technologies

Madeline Hart is a defense lead at Palantir Technologies, where she works across the company's U.S. government business with a focus on defense and space. She is the co-author, with Palantir CTO Shyam Sankar, of Mobilize: How to Reboot the American Industrial Base and Stop World War III (2026), and co-founded Palantir's First Breakfast publication on rebuilding America's industrial base. Earlier she served as Head of Business Development at Synapse, an AI security and defense company acquired by Palantir. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Harvard University and is a fellow with the Roots of Progress Institute.
