Spencer Klavan

Spencer Klavan is the director of publications at the Claremont Institute and an associate editor of the Claremont Review of Books, the premier journal of conservative political thought. A classicist with a doctorate in ancient Greek literature from Oxford, he hosts the Young Heretics podcast and is the author of How to Save the West: Ancient Wisdom for 5 Modern Crises and Light of the Mind, Light of the World: Illuminating Science Through Faith. He writes on politics, philosophy, and American culture, bringing the Western intellectual tradition to bear on the questions of the present day.
