Victor Davis Hanson

Victor Davis Hanson is the Martin and Illie Anderson Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution, Stanford University, where he focuses on classics and military history. A classicist and farmer from California's San Joaquin Valley, he is the author of more than two dozen books, including The Second World Wars, The Case for Trump, and The Dying Citizen. Hanson has received the National Humanities Medal, the Bradley Prize, and the Eric Breindel Award for Excellence in Opinion Journalism. He writes widely for National Review, Real Clear Politics, and American Greatness.
