Cleta Mitchell is the founder of the Election Integrity Network and Senior Legal Fellow at the Conservative Partnership Institute. A Washington attorney licensed in Oklahoma and the District of Columbia, she has practiced election law, campaign finance law, and political law for decades. She is a founding chairman of the Public Interest Legal Foundation, the only conservative public interest law firm focused exclusively on election integrity, and fought back against the Obama IRS's targeting of Tea Party groups. Mitchell appears regularly as a commentator on election law and hosts the weekly podcast Who's Counting?
