Mike Davis

Founder & President, Article III Project

Mike Davis is the founder and president of the Article III Project, a legal advocacy organization dedicated to defending constitutional originalism and confirming judges committed to the rule of law. A veteran of all three branches of the federal government, Davis has served under President George W. Bush, in the Justice Department, in the office of House Speaker Newt Gingrich, and as chief counsel for nominations to Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch. He led the outside confirmation effort for both Justice Gorsuch and Justice Kavanaugh as part of the most aggressive judicial confirmation strategy in a generation.
