Stephen Moore is an economist, author, and senior fellow at the Heritage Foundation, and co-founder of The Committee to Unleash Prosperity. He served as a senior economic advisor to President Trump's 2016 campaign, helping draft the administration's tax, budget, and energy policy framework. From 2005 to 2014 he was senior economics writer and editorial board member at the Wall Street Journal. A graduate of the University of Illinois with a master's from George Mason University, Moore has written six books and received the Republican Party's Ronald Reagan Great Communicator Award.
